Demon Slayer dominates sales sales in Japan
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles (鬼滅 の 刃 ヒノカミ 血 風譚, Kimetsu No Yaiba: Hinokami Kepputan) is an action-adventure video game developed by CyberConnect2 and edited by Aniplex in Japan and Sega in the West . The game is planned to go out on October 14, 2021 in Japan and October 15, 2021 in the rest of the world on Windows, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5,. This is an adaptation into a video game of the Manga Demon Slayer of Koyoharu Gotōge.
The last week in the industry gave us a couple of quite interesting launches. As it is already a custom, Famitsu has shared the list of Japan s most popular games of the last seven days. Although metroid Dread lost its crown before Demon Slayer , the Delivery of Nintendo has exceeded 100 thousand units.
According to the Japanese environment, between October 11 and 17, 2021, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles was positioned in the first place with 94,849 copies sold in PS4 and another 20,187 in PS5, for a total of 115,036.
On the other hand, Metroid Dread increased its sales thanks to some 22,221 additional copies, and currently already has 109,019 . Following Nintendo, the OLED switch added 32,494 more units, for a total of 170,903.
